Robert Metsker
Operations
Rob is a highly accomplished US Navy SEAL veteran with over 30 years of operational leadership and real-world experience. Throughout his distinguished career, he undertook multiple high-stakes deployments to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Rob excelled in various senior operational leadership roles, specializing in assault weapons systems, sniper tactics, surveillance, advanced force operations, and close quarters combat. His extensive skill set includes combat shooting, defensive driving, evasion resistance, military free-fall, and maritime security. He has held numerous key positions, including Assault Division Officer, Training Officer, SEAL Sniper, Special Operations Assaulter, and SEAL SDV Operator.
After retiring in 2013, Rob transitioned to the private sector and now serves as the President of Poseidon Special Services, where he focuses on training executives and enhancing their security protocols.
Kevin Sullivan
Founder / Director of Culinary and Entertainment
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry. His career specialty is in sales and marketing with such companies as Samuel Adam’s, Kendall-Jackson, and Horse Soldier Bourbon. He has collaborated with winemakers and chefs on a national level and has integrated food and beverage creating amazing campaigns. His passion for learning and teaching makes him a great ambassador for his industry. He is currently a National Sales Director for Foley Family Wines.
Kevin’s background with food, beverage and entertainment makes him the perfect host and gives him the ability to create amazing experiences to tantalize our guests after a day on the range.
Pat Lopez (a.k.a. "P-Lo")
Patrick Lopez retired after 22 years in the Teams where he deployed over eight times in combat operations. During his active duty he specialized as a Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman, joint tactical air controller, instructor for firearms, and close quarter combat. Patrick Lopez has many personal awards including those with valor. After retirement he continues to give back to local communities and Veterans causes. He founded a nonprofit centered around mentoring youth, and veteran resilience activities. Patrick relies heavily on his background and experience to be one of the most sought-after firearms instructors.
Aaron Reed
Instructor 3 Gun Specialist
Retired Navy SEAL Senior Chief, Entrepreneur, Advocate, and State Senate Candidate. Aaron Reed is a testament to dedication and service, both to his country and his community. Alongside his wife, Sarah, the couple balances the joy of raising six children along with the demands of managing Ops Supply (Gun Store), Kodiak Koating (custom gun shop), and Wing and A Prayer Farm. His retirement in December 2021 marked the end of a journey that saw him deploy to combat zones in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, and many places in between. Through these deployments, Aaron participated in hundreds of missions, amassing a wealth of real-world experience. Further deepening his expertise in firearms, Aaron obtained a Gun-Smith Diploma, and became a member of the NCAA Rifle Team. In the firearm’s competitive arena, he was recognized as a Professional 3-Gun Shooter on Team Remington and Bushmaster, ranked in the top 20 for the National circuit. Aaron’s commitment to veterans and their well-being is unwavering. He volunteers with the Navy SEAL Foundation and ardently supports his father’s initiative, Kentucky Wounded Heroes, ensuring that fellow servicemen and women receive the acknowledgment and care they’ve rightfully earned.
Keith Daris
Director Western Operations
Keith Daris is a retired Navy SEAL Master Chief and decorated combat veteran who loves to shoot and to teach others how to do it safely and responsibly. He currently lives in Idaho with his wife and children. He is active in his church, helps them with their safety and security team. Keith values giving back to his community by helping fellow Americans enjoy their Constitutionally protected Second Amendment rights.
Sean M Sexton

Sean is a combat decorated retired SEAL with over 20+ years of leading and training Tier One special operation high performance teams. After he retired, he used his attributes to help the executive protection industry and training three letter agencies. He became a master at selection and training, especially in training special mission units, Other Governmental Agencies (OGA) and operational leader directing complex operations within. He is humble with a “beginner’s mind set”. “We can learn something from anyone.”

Jim has authored many articles on culture, leadership, behavior modification. He is a highly sought out speaker and has co-authored several books. Jim is recognized internationally for his work. He brings a breadth and wealth of expertise and experience in performance improvement and leadership effectiveness to the table.
He resides in Houston with his wife. He has two grown children and 4 grandchildren.
